Like all parents, COSMO Head Coaches Drew and Ben want what’s best for their kids and families, as well as the youth they get to coach. After much discussion and exploration, we have decided to launch a 2028/2029 (U10/11) Boys 2021 Summer Club team so we can keep it fun, competitive and cost friendly for those selected. The COSMO Summer Team will be for those young men looking to be challenged by playing a highly competitive summer tournament schedule while also not breaking parents wallets and completely disrupting their families summer schedule.

Two tournaments, 12 practices, and 4 total weeks committed - with a break in between so families can plan their summer family time while also allowing their son to experience the joy of summer lacrosse tournaments, the competitiveness they bring, and to see big steps forward in their level of play (individually and collectively as a team).  Players will be assessed during an early 2021 tryout to be considered for the team. The hardest working, most talented players will be considered for the team. We believe hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard.

Coaches Drew and Ben are really excited (seriously, we’re just big kids - ask our wives) to help their son’s experience what they did while growing up in Upstate New York. The game has grown beyond our wildest dreams and we hope to pass along our love of the game to all of our players now and in the future.
